Our traditional pizza dough is hand made by us, using Italian ‘00’ neapolitan flour (the finest flour you can buy). We use san marzano tomatoes sauce from Italy(Amalfi) and Fior di Latte mozzarella - a smooth, fresh Italian cheese with a tangy flavor and superb melting characteristics. All of our tasty ingredients fresh each day.
